Recently I've noticed that my nips are darker than normal and my cycle has always been irregular but this time feels different. I'm bloated and have awful nausea. I'm late by a week and I'm not sure what to do. Should I buy a home pregnancy test? Should I go to my doctor? I'm scared and I'm only 18 years old.

UPDATE:

I went to my local drugstore and got a pregnancy test and I can tell that there are 2 lines. I'm not sure what to think right now since I'm still young and not ready for a baby. For all I know I could have multiples since they run on both sides of my family. I need some support and advice from everyone here.
