Anyone have an x-ray done during pregnancy?

20 weeks and ordered a chest x-Ray for screening positive for tb. Anyone have experience? A bit nervous since hearing about the risks...

I was in a car accident when I was 6+ months pregnant, and had one of my upper back. They covered my belly really well.  I now have a monster child 😈, but something tells me that has nothing to do with the radiation. Lol.

X rays are given during pregnancy when needed. My OB confirmed this.

I had a chest x Ray early on. They covered my tummy with a protective shield.

You will get minimal radiation from a chest X-ray. Especially at 20 weeks the risks are very low.  It’s likely worse to not get it and have a real problem. (My husband is a radiologist)
