I am going to training for work. I’ve been chatting / flirting with a colleague for awhile now and we both have been very straight forward letting each other know we are interested in having some fun together. I thought about asking him to join while I am away. When we were talking today he brought up that he would like to come join me for at least one night. Happy to see we were in the same page without me having to say anything. I said I’m for it. Unfortunately I am an over thinker. Should we discuss boundaries and expectations or do I just wait and see if it happens and how it goes.
