I had my baby 4 months ago. I’ve ALWAYS been plus size and I honestly love it. I was thick. Curvy in the right places with just enough tummy...but after my baby, I’m at my heaviest. I lost 30lbs and now I’m stuck at around 260lbs. I’m a size 18 and a XL or XXL depending on brands. The pregnancy made me stretch and now I’m not as well formed. I want to drop to at least 220lbs. Any tips ladies? I’m a stay at home mom and I just want to be healthy and feel strong. What had worked for you?
