I’m having a c section at 37 weeks for cholestasis and I’m wondering if anyone else, who had boys, had issues with the baby needing NICU time. I mention boys because I work in Respiratory in a nicu and I know boys are slow developers when it comes to lungs and other organs. Generally boys do worse than girls do, and my daughter was also born at 37 weeks and she was grunty/tachypneic after birth. Anyone have a 37 weeker than needed nicu due to respiratory issues?
