When to announce?

I just had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and heard the babies heartbeat! My boyfriend and I are having a hard time deciding when the right time to announce the pregnancy?

Alot of people wait until second trimester. But in the end it's up to and ur partner

We told our parents right away and announced to everyone else at about 8.5weeks. I work in a daycare so wanted my coworkers to know I'm not contagious lol and also I do scouts and it just makes sense that for safety people know I'm pregnant in case something happens while camping or hiking. Everyone was really supportive and agreed it made sense to announce early. 🤷‍♀️
