I can only drink water so cold it’s almost frozen with lemon, I can’t drink it without lemon! Otherwise it’s Powerade, and I’ve been barely surviving off of it lol

In the beginning yes. It was so bad I made myself severely dehydrated for a week. I had to force myself to drink.

I’ve never liked water and these last few weeks the nausea with water is soooooo much worse!!

I survived off of poweraid for weeks because it was the only fluids I could stomach

certain water more than others. I couldn't drink the water from the water cooler at work but I could usually drink the water from home or when it was bottled.
I started drinking lemon water to help ease the nausea
