I'm also christian. I don't believe there is a right or wrong answer. You could take hundreds of verses out of context to prove that it's sinful or not. But at the same time, they stoned women for having periods because they were "unclean."  They had drunken wine parties but preaching that over indulgence is wrong. There are a lot of discrepancies in the bible that are outdated for our 21st century lifestyles. Pray about it. Maybe ask a pastors wife or another female at church you trust. And if you don't find an answer, do it anyways. Who's it gonna hurt? Lol

I was raised Catholic and used to feel guilty about masturbating. But it's completely natural, and I've come to believe there's nothing wrong with being comfortable with your sexuality, especially when it comes to getting familiar with your own body and what you like.

The thing I can think of, is lust. Like if you are imagining lustful things than it, yes. But other than that, I don’t think it is bad. I agree with a previous commenter, ask maybe the pastors wife or someone you trust.
