Ideal Protein
Has anyone tried Ideal Protein? I just moved to a new city for a new job and work A LOT. I have yet to establish my workout routine and find a gym. I love being physically active but until I get work under control, I need something to give me a “kick start.” I’ve heard it is expensive. 😕 Any feedback would be GREATLY appreciated.
