Why are medical professionals not professional at all?!?

I understand that my doctor is sick. I am not mad about that.

What I am mad about is that there is absolutely no contingency plan for if one doc in a practice is sick! This is a big fucking practice too! 5 fucking locations! Yet everything for the next two weeks is booked? When YOU want me to come in again so that YOU can tell me what I should and should not be doing during pregnancy because I was at a fertility doc for the first 10 weeks.

Not to mention I was spotting last week and YOU reassured me by saying that I had an appointment coming up anyway.

Now nothing is available that is workable with my work schedule being that it is all last minute or an hour away at another location during a time that I need to be at work.

I understand that I am being a little unrealistic but please, HAVE A CONTINGENCY PLAN FOR WHEN A DOC GETS SICK!
