So confused!!!

So I have been taking multiple pregnancy tests over the last week, regular and digital and they all came back positive. So I went to the doctors to do the pregnancy test there and the lady just called , and said it came back negative. So I immediately took 2 more tests, that instantly came back positive( picture below) . My period was due a few days ago and obviously I haven’t got it ... I am so confused now...
