Hello everyone! Looking for your opinions/advice on the flu jab in pregnancy. I know the flu jab is now recommended but I’m on the fence whether of not to get one. I’m currently 17+2 weeks pregnant and the leaflet was given to me today at my midwife meeting plus ive seen adverts. The midwife just said no one will force you it’s your choice and didn’t try to push. All the people at work I’ve asked didn’t have it and my mum said well its kind of a new thing and the baby is still developing now so it’s kind of got me thinking! Not to mention on Facebook it’s very highly debated some women saying it’s caused problems, perhaps even stillbirth and others were fine. I need someone more knowledgable to help me xx
