Breathing during labor?

Second time mom here so I feel really stupid asking this, but what’s the correct breathing technique during labor? Is it the old “hee hee hee hoo”? And do we do that while pushing? Ahhh, tomorrow is my due date and I’m going thru this laundry list of things I’ve forgotten. Lol

Lamaze. I call bullshit. My mom told me to do this and it did nothing. I think they tell you to do that because the dumb breathing is more quiet than screaming lol

I just slowly breathe in through my nose and out my mouth. Try to focus on not tensing up, especially in the pelvic region. It’s hard and I know I’ll have to remind myself once real labor starts. But I just focus on breathing and find holding onto something like someone’s hand, or the bedrail helps keep me grounded and centered in my breathing.

Is there one? I’ve had four babies and pregnant with number 5 and have just breathed in whatever way came naturally. I never knew there was a “way” 😊

I take a deep breath through the nose and out through mouth and push out all the pain with the breath. Like the relaxation is coming up my body i guess....and then when it starts hurting I say "ooooo" when breathing out. Just use your lungs to tense up instead of your pelvic region. Iv never heard someone do the hee hee hop thing😂
