Industrial peircing help!!

So I got my industrial peircing on september 28th and it isnt as sore as it used to be but now it has been getting crusty at the holes and sometimes the crust causes the bar to get stuck (whenever I try to twist the bar its stuck because of the crust and it hurts when i break the crust and move the bar around.) Anyone else deal with this? Is it normal? What should i do?
