The top is yesterday at 5pm the middle is 5am this morning and the bottom is 5pm 
today

Hard to tell.  My surge lasts longer than 12 hours.  The ones taken in the AM are with more concentrated urine (due to you not drinking liquid all night), so that could be the reason it’s darker.  That’s assuming you don’t work night shift and sleep during the day of course.  Best to correlate with what day in your cycle, CM, and cervix position.
