Why hasn't my OPK changed

Glow says I ovulate in 4 days I've been testing since the last day of my period so I wouldn't miss it and still nothing

Mine doesn’t ussually test positive before a day or two before ovulation so for me that would e normal

Keep testing. I don’t get a positive OPK until 1-2 days before ovulation.
