Baby can’t eat but says not to chicken lol

I’m 7 weeks tomorrow and I know at this time baby doesn’t chose what I eat but seems that every time I eat chicken (2 times now) it doesn’t sit well with me. The first time it came up back hours after eating it and today it’s making me feel queasy. My husband just says “looks like baby doesn’t like chicken” 😅 and on top every time I stand up from laying down I feel like my boobs weight a 100lbs themselves 😂 and my areolas haven’t been so big or see through in non black shirts 😂 all for my baby will I take my body changes 💞
