moms who have had both, C-section vs vaginal enduced birth, which is least stressful on the body?

i am due in 6 weeks and Dr and i have debating c section or enduction. so my question is if you have had both, which was the least stressful on your body. i understand csec has worse recovery but enduction pain is worse and labor longer. i know they both are stressful but high stress can actually kill me. i have a rare autoimmune disease called addisons disease. this causes me not to have good stamina and can't handle long periods of physical or emotional stress. i don't produce cortisol anymore which is the stress hormone. adrenaline is lowered as well. i will have a constant drip of steroids to keep me alive. the Drs don't have any experience with addisons birth even though this is a huge hospital in Denver. thank you
