Ovulating?

My SO and I had a MC in March at 9 weeks. We have been TTC for 3 month now. This is so far this month he said today " are you ovulating? You smell and taste sweet when I go down on you." I never heard of that. I was wondering if it is a sign of ovulation. He said I was sweeter today by lots than yesterday. He also said after we did our Baby Dance that as soon as he was inside me it was really hot and really lubricated. He says it usually takes me a little to get that way but tonight's Baby dance it was the hottest I have ever been when he was inside me. Could these be signs that I was ovulating? I dont have any opk left. Yes my "af" was 1 day with 1 day of spotting. I went to the dr on the 15th and they did a urine and blood test and they both came back a BFN. We are really trying hard this month. Every time we are doing our baby dance he never finishes outside me it is always inside.
