Maybe I ovulated late ?

Period was supposed to be due on the 17th. It’s now the 20th no period. I did spot a tiny bit of brown on the 17th. And I thought af was making her appearance. I haven’t had any sort of spotting since. I was so disappointed when I kept getting bfns. I haven’t bought any opks. So I really didn’t keep track. I think I’m going to wait until the middle of this week to test again or the end of the month if af doesn’t show. I was hoping to get a BFP this weekend since tomorrow is mine and my bfs 6year anniversary and I would have loved to tell him tomorrow.
