My teeth just chipped ahhhh

I just found out a couple days ago I am four weeks pregnant going on to 5 week Monday l am just wondering if anyone has every had there teeth chipped I bite my nails I know bad habit and my teeth chipped I read on google couple girls experienced something kinda similar maybe lack of calcium please comments will help I’m going. To the doctor on Tuesday should I let them know
