I've noticed a sweet smell when I use the restroom. Didn't think anything of it, until I felt some excess moisture while doing squats. I'll be 39w tomorrow. Should I call the doctor?

It’s urine so it should have no smell at all. When my water broke with my last pregnancy, I didn’t smell anything at all.
