Groin pain

This part hurts so much, specially while walking. I feel like I been walking for miles! And is only on the front, like what I marked in blue. Gets worse when I have to pee. But is constant.

Does that mean I’m “stretching” for the baby? I’m on Week 35!!!!

Yup symphysis pub is dysfunction is what it’s called. Water therapy helped me significantly.

Yes and exercises in the water to help strengthen the muscles around your pelvis. I did mine at the ymca-my doctor referred me. But I had it really bad-had to quit working because it was too painful to walk more than a little bit at a time.

Yeap it's normal, and it does start to get better over a couple of weeks, I would recommend a support belt, it was the only thing that actually helped me.

I get that and I'm not pregnant... what the hell is that?!?!
