Crazy symptoms

So this is my very unexpected 7th pregnancy I’m 37 now my youngest is 8 months this pregnant so far I’m 11weeks things have been so totally different My 8 month old sleeps all night yet I’m extremely tired nausea all day I have gained 6kg usually I don’t really gain any weight I have pimples I got a bfp at 9dpo it’s just crazy this time I at first thought twins but my ultrasound the tech said she was sure second sac was a blood filled sac i go back in week and half will find out for sure then I guess has anyone else been through same thing had pregnancy extreamly different
