I can’t believe there is not more too pregnant to cares. It’s ridiculous imo to shave or trim for a doctor that doesn’t even care. It’s just one more thing to worry about so I don’t get it 🤦‍♀️

Shaved clean the morning of my induction. For the aftercare and healing process more than anything else. Cuz... it’s a mess down there after.

With my first, too pregnant to care, but I tore and it was really hard to see what I was working with during recovery. This time, there is a waxing studio where i live that offers free waxing for moms that are about to deliver and I'm thinking of doing that.

I couldn’t see at all and am not game enough to ask hubby to do it for me so I just trimmed the edges as much as possible 😂😂 and was glad I did as there were about 10 strangers in the delivery room at one stage!! I’m sure they wouldn’t notice either way but it was a peace of mind thing. I’m thinking of getting regular waxes this time around

No. Lol. My Dr. literally told me he doesn’t care. 🤷🏽‍♀️ He sees vagina for a living. The only reason I’m shaving is because I feel like shaving. Giving birth is not an exception. Lol.

I’m probably gonna trim the hair just so that if I get stitches there’s less down there for them to catch on during the first couple weeks

I literally got I the shower to make sure I was shaved when I realized I was in labor😂😂 I did not want people seeing the state my thang was in😂 even though the contractions were so strong I literally couldn’t stand back up when I bent over each time
