Second pregnancy 7 weeks still no morning sickness or other symptoms, will i have a miscarriage?

Im 7 weeks second pregnancy only symptom is tiredness and that's it. Will i have a miscarriage cause I'm not showing any other symptoms?? All blood tests are fine but i havnt had an ultrasound scan done yet.

Having no pregnancy symptoms doesn’t mean you’re going to lose your baby. I didn’t experience any morning sickness or any other symptoms and my baby is as healthy as can be. They say we’re the lucky ones if we didn’t have any morning sickness. I’ve heard you can get it later on in pregnancy too. Don’t stress over it, just enjoy feeling no sickness. Congratulations!

I'm 11 weeks 1 day never had morning sickness or nausea. No sore boobs but they're heavy though. All I had occasionally (TMI) is constipation lots of heartburn.

With my first I was super sick my feet couldn’t even touch the floor without getting sick , but with my 2nd and 3rd baby I had absolutely no sickness or signs of pregnancy whatsoever .

Not showing any symptoms isn't something to worry about. Unless you're having pain and bleeding or unless you go to the doctor and your HCG levels are low you have nothing to worry about.
