Heartburn relief

I’m going to ask my OB tomorrow to be sure but has anyone used the Alka-seltzer heartburn relief chews to help with indigestion/heartburn? Tums just aren’t cutting it! I’ve took one the other day that my mom gave me without even thinking and everything online says alka-seltzer brand has aspirin but I don’t see aspirin anywhere on the bottle!
