On thanksgiving I will be 37 weeks and 1 day , I live in Indiana so you never know what the weather will be like for us here , my mother n law popped a big request on us yesterday and I’m not sure what to do . My husbands uncle lives in Indiana but is 15 minutes or so from Louisville, Kentucky, my mother n law is wanting us to go down there for thanksgiving which is 4 or hours away from my hometown and my hospital I’m wanting to deliver at . I’m not for sure if I’m wanting to go down that far away , babies come at weird times I feel like and just wouldn’t want to go into labor going down or even being down there . I’m not comfortable with delivering at a hospital I am not familiar with ! I did plan on going to my own grandparents house which is only 45 minutes away from home and you can take interstate 70 straight through to Terre Haute so it wouldn’t take long to get to the hospital I’m delivering at . I’m just curious on what you all would do if in my situation! The reason my mother n law wants us to go down to his uncles is because family will be there that we have never met meaning me and my 2 year old . But I’m honestly not comfortable with it but I don’t like making people upset ... please give me your advice on this because I am unsure 😐
