Intermittent Fasting
Before I found out that I was pregnant I used to do a lot of intermittent fasting. Obviously that’s out of the question now and I’m trying to eat a good 3 balanced meals a day.
But sometimes I feel like I’m forcing myself to eat when I’m really not hungry. My question is do you have to eat 3 meals a day even when your not hungry?
I never used to eat breakfast but now I’m forcing myself to eat something in the morning.
