How long after one pregnancy is it safe to get pregnant again?

I got pregnant when my son was 7months but we lost her at 12w turner syndrome. 
ny friend got pregnant when her first born was 8 or 9 months and she got another healthy boy

I got pregnant when my son turned 7 months and he will be 1 in 2 weeks now and I’ve had a normal pregnancy my ob wasn’t concerned when i became pregnant again but idk if theirs an actual time your supposed to wait. I think it depends on how your past pregnancies go too.

It’s now recommended to wait between 18-24 months. But I’ve met a lot of women who get pregnant much sooner.
