Uti at 6 weeks?

Hi ladies I'm 6 weeks and 2 days went to the emergency room today for bleeding and passing a blood clot (I had a miscarriage in June) they did blood work my hcg levels r good. They also did a urine sample and came back positive for a uti. Has anybody else had a uti this early in pregnancy? They put me on keflex
