Has anyone had heart palpitations and diarrhea as indicators that you may be pregnant?

Help! So today for about 5 hours now I’ve had heart palpitations that won’t go away, and horrible diarrhea I just went off the pill this month.

I already have heart problems and also always have dealt with tachycardia but I’ve noticed once I got pregnant it had gotten a lot worse I am pre hypertensive now. It can happen due to the extra blood flow during pregnancy can’t really say it is a good indicator of pregnancy but it could be possible
