Am I pregnant?

Soo this month my period was early and yesterday around 8pm got really sick nauseous and trow up I thought was maybe something I eat but today same time 8 pm after dinner I felt super full and trow up 3 times already my husband think I’m pregnant I start taking birth control 4 days ago and I still breastfeeding my almost one year old boy sooo should I worry? I have feeling sleepy and my appetite has change and I thought maybe my body was getting normal after my pregnancy since my hormones were all over the place
