so i got my belly pierced a week and two days ago.

everything was going great until about the 1 week mark. it kind of itched here and there, got crusty, bled a few drops, etc over the week i had it. i cleaned it 2x a day, didn't mess with it, etc.

now i dont know what's wrong! it's red and gross looking. it looks like this (only on top) and i can push it up (like in the pic) fairly comfortably but when i put the ball back down on the red and gross parts, it feels bruised and it hurts so bad. what went wrong and what should i do????
