Bathroom issues 28 weeks

My belly was making some crazy noises last night, had really bad gas and then this morning I woke up pretty much running to the toilet with diarrhea. My husband and I ate the exact same things and he feels fine. I’m also very sick to my stomach like it could come out of both ends. It’s only 5:30am here so too early call my dr just in case but is anyone else having this problem ?
