Second baby on the way and panicking...

What did you guys do to prepare for having two kids....I'm freaking out about child care my oldest is 4 and I don't know what I'll do to afford care during the summer times in the future especially for two...I try to talk to hubby about snowballing the debt to have little to non when the 2nd comes and get tighter on our budget...he flips and feels like he cannot do anything with the extra money he makes for himself and we always live tight...like why did we try for another if he can't get on board financially for another...ugh I freaking out...is this normal...what do or did you guys do? Also we both work full time and could not afford for me to stay home with the kids...any other options would be great? Also nobody knows yet that I am pregnant we are waiting until xmas to tell everyone...and we have no family that could help watch them either...
