EWCM but no positive opk help?

So I've been opk testing for 3 days all negative but can see a definite line. Today no line showing but EWCM. does this mean I've missed ovulation or is it on it's way and opk will be positive in a few days? Ovulation predicted by glow as Thursday. Usually fairly accurate.
