Positive Opk and still not getting a bfn?

Hi guys! So this is my first cycle actually using Opks and last night was the first positive opk I got so the hubby and I baby danced, we actually baby danced pretty much everyday after stopping my period. I took another opk today and it’s still positive. Has anyone baby danced with a positive opk and still not gotten pregnant? I’m really trying not to get my hopes up.
