How bad is it really? To drink soda while pregnant... before pregnancy I hardly ever ever neverrrr drank soda. Now that I'm pregnant it's something I crave here and there... just wondering how bad is it. And does it cause hard to the baby.

Just stay away from one's with high amounts of Caffeine. I try to drink natural, low sugar ones like Nexba but it's not always available.
Honestly with my son I had a glass or two of coke every night and my baby was fine. It's good to be cautious though!

Too much soda is bad for anyone regardless of pregnancy. But I think that in moderation if you want to have a soda every once in a while it’s okay. Also you could try sparkling drinks like the “Ice” flavored waters I think are so delicious and remind me of soda. I’m not a soda drinker to begin with but if you want a healthier alternative try diet/zero sodas or sparkling waters!

Eh my coworker said there are studies saying sugar is terrible for pregnancy...I still eat tons of it. I don't think it's that bad unless you end up getting diabetes or something.

I didn’t drink soda before pregnancy and I told my Ob I was craving it. She told me to go have my Pepsi every once in a while, don’t make a huge habit of it cause it’s full of crappy sugars but you can have one once in a while!
