Is this normal?

My bf never wants to have sex inside me anymore but will use a dildo. I found his personal stash of toys two years ago and it was this doll and a huge dildo he claimed to use on it. (I am pretty heavily pregnant) he never wants to be inside me anymore but loves to use this toy on me. Is it normal for guys to have this obsession? I've asked him why he doesn't want to and he just says it feels so different now that I'm prego
