I had a dream about a week ago that i gave birth to a son, since then I've had some REALLY bad cramping. (I have an IUD) the cramping wasn't normal, is was so bad I was light headed and nauseated. Should I test?

Why not test for piece of mind. You can get one from the dollar store.

Yeah dreams don't mean anything. One time I had a dream that my boyfriend and I had a kid. I don't even want kids though and it's dang near impossible I'm pregnant. It was just a dream for me too.

A dream is a dream. As long as your IUD is in place it's very unlikely. Do your monthly string checks.
