Ripped my 😸?

So this is a bit embarrassing but Has this ever happened to anyone else, so yesterday I was just ending my period and my boyfriend wanted to have sex, so I said yes , but because I had a tampon in it made me like dry, and I’m not sure why but I was just having trouble lubricating naturally 🤣🤒 I didn’t have lube and spit wasn’t really the best but it had to do since it wasn’t going in any other way 😭😭 ( gross I know ) 💀 but like because it was dry when he put it in it like tore the skin like ripped it alittle at the opening until my body just when we started then things got going ( sorry tmi) , so I just wanted to know has that happened to anyone else? Or is it weird that it happened to me. Should I be worried
