Can I fix a thin lining?

Long story short: been TTC for over a year, 21 and 24, otherwise healthy, on Femara, IUI once (last month).

I went to out fertility specialist today and she said my lining was thin (4.5mm) and I had one follicle measuring at 15mm. (I’m CD10) last month I was on the same dosage of medication and had 6mm lining and two follicles (14 and 20).

She basically said there is no reason to continue any treatment until my lining it optimal (8mm+). So my question is what have you done to improve this? Success stories? I need hope, prayers, anything I can get. I am very discouraged at the moment. I’m posting a picture of what my doctor let me sample for the next to days to see if it helps and then we will evaluate.
