Should I go short?

Question

So I have a love hate relationship with my hair. I love my curls but hate how this and frizzy my hair gets. I usually can't wear my hair down for more than an hour before I have to tie it up out of my face. I'm considering cutting it short but
1. I'm 37 and don't wanna make myself look older
2. My hubby not so sure about it at all.

I cut all mine off, it’s hard to grow out. I keep trimming it. If you get a fresh cut, you won’t look older. All my daughters friends are chopping it off and there in high school.
