Lazy and don’t want to get up.
Ladies I don’t know how y’all do it I can barely even get up out the bed to do anything. I have had my treadmill for months and still haven’t even used it. I hate how I look and how fat i got went from 99 to 140 within 3 years. I know if I want to lose weight I have to do it but ugh I’m so lazy and have no motivation to get up and do it. I also know I need to eat healthier but can’t seem to stay on when I start or can’t seem to stop eating fast food. I love love love McDonald’s especially the fries but I know I need to do something. I seriously hate how my body and face now looks. Does anyone have any tips on how to not be so lazy or something to give me the energy to get up and actually exercise. I know I sound ridiculous but ugh it’s so hard. Especially when I have to cook for my husband and he eats good food like tacos, enchiladas, lasagna, burgers, hamburger helper and more. Every time I see that I want to eat that. Someone please help!
