Low blood pressure

I know we aren’t all healthcare providers. But I’m asking for personal experience if anybody has gone through something similar or if you are a provider can give me some insight.

Well I went to the doctor today but I was to ask for a referral to be seen by women’s health because I’ve had 3 miscarriage back to back. Two of the three being chemical. Well they did my blood pressure routine stuff and it was 113 over 33! My diastolic was really low especially for me. My normal blood pressure is usually 120/70

Well the were immediately concerned, tested it again on the other arm. Now it’s 109/48. A little better but still not great. They said maybe I’m dehydrated but I don’t feel dehydrated and I don’t drink soda or anything. I literally drink water all day long that’s all I drink except for my morning coffee. Well I didn’t think to bring this up and now I’m home and concerned. I had this awful awful headache yesterday and I don’t get headaches often. Well it’s back again today. I’ve now had it for 5 hours and it isn’t easing up. I’ve drank at least 5 cups of water, and eaten and taken Tylenol and don’t feel any better. It feels like a tension headache and if I bend down to pick something up I get tunnel vision. I get really dizzy. Do you think my awful headaches I’ve had the last two days are correlated to my low blood pressure. Do you think I could just be dehydrated or something is actually concerning? Should I make an appointment with my doctor?
