Help please! TMI BTW.

So I was sexually abused/raped/ molested by my brother-in-law. (Go see my post of my sexual abuse story). This happened for 5 years. Well, probably around May of this year, I started noticing marks on my boobs. Thought oh maybe I am preg. And I have never gotten preg. Well, then I realized he kept doing it still then. And I remembered he played with my boob starting this year and everything. I never liked it. I told him stop and he wouldn't. Do u think the marks are from him? Because their is a bit of purple near my niple. And marks on both of my boobs. And when I touch where there is purple it hurts. But anywhere else it doesn't hurt. Please help!!
