Honestly working for an airline the less complex the name are the better first middle last .. that’s it. Keep it simple because many people have such a problem when it comes to names and people that have too many tend to leave names out when they aren’t allowed/suppose to. 
Travelling, government forms, school, job applications etc. All go smoother the less complex the names are.

I prefer one. I think it tends to flow better with one. Plus most forms and documents assume one middle, so one middle means the least inconvenience.

My son has two, but mainly because he has his dad first /last. My daughter she will only have 1 middle name.
