I noticed I get a cramping feeling around 2 weeks before my period so I Googled it and came across mittelshcmerz. I'm not sure if it's something I've always had but I've certainly experienced

it the last few months. I had cramping pains on Weds and Thurs and I've been quite gassy (today I have a bit of diarrhoea but it could be something I ate.) It's never a severe pain, just a dull and annoying cramp, and it's kinda in the middle not on one side? I haven't had any bleeding or anything. Just wondering if I should go to the doctor? I wasn't sure if this could be a symptom of ovarian cysts. :/
