Is there anyone on here that had refused the glucose test for diabetes? If so what was your reasons behind it? Also did you end up with diabetes?

Ladies who have diabetes during pregnancy please could you advise me on the type of stuff you eat to control it please? Need help

I havent been tested yet but I want to change my eating so I can help control it if I do end up with it.
